I guess sometimes life smacks you upside the head and knocks you for a loop. That is what happened to me, and I let what keeps me sane get away from me, and that's not working for me. So.... I'm trying to get back to my creative side so that I can release what I've been keeping inside. I really do need the release that my art brings. I haven't drawn a picture, taken a photo or written a poem in awhile. It's as if my creative side died as the crises in my life flourished. I know the best way to get through crises is to let it out through art but I've been so numb that I feel nothing. It is time to feel again!

Ok, so obviously I'm new to all this. However, I've been needing a forum to get all my creative angst out. So I'm open to pointers, comments, ideas, friends, and whatever else comes my way. Looking forward to sharing more than just my poetry as I get the hang of this.
